Here you can download the phpGolem framework.
phpGolem requires PHP 4.2.0+ and MySQL 4.0+ (could work on previous releases, but it isn't tested)
phpGolem version 0.4.30 (2007.06.25):
This package contains the phpGolem CMS, a software built upon the phpGolem Framework, also included. If you need just the framework you have just to remove the extensions you don't need.
The 0.4.28 is the first non-beta release.
